Improve the listening, thinking and collaboration of your international or multicultural team
Deepen your listening skills as leaders and employees and become aware of your assumptions about the group identities that can reduce the thinking of your team or group. You will learn more about the most common problems in business communication arising from cultural differences. The topics we may learn and think about are feedback, engagement, leadership, decision-making, building trust, disagreements and planning. You will learn to listen well and communicate clearly and with care. The workshop is based on Time to Think of Nancy Kline and The Culture Map of Erin Meyer.
