Book Yoga Nidra & Thinking – Listening Experience
An invitation to relax, listening inwardly and to others
During Yoga Nidra you will be in the healing space between waking and sleeping. We take this time to slow down and turn inward. This moment is a gift within the silence. You will go on a journey through your body so you can deeply relax and listen and feel inwardly. It is suitable for everyone. You don’t need to be flexible. You just need to be able to lie down well.
After receiving the wisdom and energy of this experience, we will listen and think in pairs, in line with Time to Think of Nancy Kline. Together we will create a safe and confidential space where you truly matter. We will listen with deep interest, sincere attention, in silence, no interruption, in service of the other so he or she can understand him or herself better.
When it is your time to think, you bring in the topic of your choice which is important and real to you. You don’t need to know when you subscribe or dail in. The open question will stimulate your thinking at that moment. Thinking in the presence of a Deep Listener allows you to think independently, as yourself and for yourself.
