The solution is to create a way of being in meetings and a process that will encourages these results. It is the Thinking Environment®– a practical and dependable system for personal growth and understanding developed by Nancy Kline and Time to Think.

During the programme you will:

  • discover the 10 components of the Thinking Environment
  • become familiar with 7 applications of Thinking Environment
  • practise the applications and ways of being a Thinking Environment for each other
  • have a process for leading effective meetings to apply immediately
  • experience leading your own meeting in a Thinking Environment
  • leave with new awareness, skills and a process to apply immediately, leading to improved engagement and productivity for all involved.
  • discover a structure around conversations with an emphasis on listening to others, giving space and valuing others’ points of view.
  • experience that you will make better use of your time and productivity from now on. You will improve business performance.

Your investment:

This training is possible online or in person at your organisation or off-site. The duration is a full day or 2 x half days or 4 x 2 hours. The programme will run with a minimum of 4 delegates and maximum of 8. Please contact me if your group or team is bigger. We will agree upon a date when applying.
